Our Health and Safety Ambassadors work closely with our Business Manager, Louise, to help ensure that our school remains a safe environment for everyone. Through this role, pupils develop valuable leadership skills while also increasing their awareness of how to keep themselves and others safe.
Louise benefits greatly from the pupils’ contributions, as they provide insight into how children play, what matters most to them, and how they experience the school environment. Viewing the school through the pupils’ eyes enables a more holistic approach to health and safety, ensuring that decisions reflect both practical considerations and the school’s values.
